Enjoyed comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a seating area in the room; fairly clean bathroom and an awesome view made my stay pleasant.

Hotel was quiet for the most part. Prices were high (but maybe that's just LA.) Pool was cool and clean. Staff friendly and personable. Room clean and beds comfortable.

Very poor WiFi. Slow and wouldn't access certain web accounts, like University of Nevada, Reno. Daughter was trying to do homework and the browser the hotel has wouldn't allow access. There were ants in the bathroom. Hot tub had been removed due to reported vandalism. I don't like carpet under the bathroom sink. Hard to clean. Recommend non-slip tile.

The ice machine and elevator were very loud and I could hear them inside of my room while I was asleep.

Clean, modern hotel with particularly good location near everything. Nice building and rooms with a bath tub. Location close enough to restaurants and the large mall and LA metro area. A huge variety of food options at a moderate distance from the venue.

This place was clean and everything was perfect, the breakfast selection was great, and we enjoyed how our queen room with ultramodern bathroom was set up.

I was very sad because I booked this hotel because of its nice pool, and when we arrived, the pool was closed for our stay for "maintenance" but it didn't state this online when we were booking.

nice location close to shops/restaurants. stay was good value for money with free computer access a boost. Will definitely stay here again

unsupervised/noisy/rowdy children by the pool splashing other guests and generally making a nuisance of themselves. pool attendant required at weekends

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for my needs, and the staff went above and beyond to make me happy. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the early check-in option. The complimentary parking and access to the on-site bistro were definite bonuses. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I didn't like the fact that I bought a coffee that was supposed to be starbucks coffee and I paid about 2 dollars and the coffee was cold. Very expencive for not being hot.
